The AFDI-RSE-01 is designed to retain the Rear Seat Entertainment feature of the Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles listed The AFDI-RSE-01 will send the correct DATA commands to keep the overhead system working properly, and provide the audio from the overhead to the aftermarket radio- replacement radio has to have an aux input or an FM mod has to be used. If your vehicle has a 3.5mm aux jack the AFDI-RSE- 01 will retain it by providing a RCA audio input to your radio- replacement radio has to have an aux input. For rse audio and aux input to both work then the replacement radio has to have two aux inputs or a switcher has to be used.
